If a player is found to be underage or otherwise ineligible, any winnings or bonuses accrued during that period will be voided and any deposits returned subject to bt111's verification process. Deliberate misrepresentation of age or identity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

To access the full range of services on bt111, you are required to register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• Each individual may register one account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods by the same person — are strictly prohibited and will be suspended without notice.

Account balances that remain dormant (no login and no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity administration charge. Players will be notified by the email address registered to their account before any such charge is applied.

Where a promotion is restricted to specific game categories, using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, bt111's system will attempt to complete the round and record the result. If this is not possible, the bet for the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bt111. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, any associated winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on bt111, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any restriction applied to an existing account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on bt111.

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the bt111 platform, its servers, its game systems, or any third-party system connected to the Platform.

bt111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent identity verification or KYC process.
• A player's own written request to close their account, which bt111 will process within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests and KYC obligations.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus balances and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure.

bt111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform is for entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

bt111 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. bt111 will endeavour to minimise such interruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

All content on the bt111 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bt111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bt111.
